the steps in our Loan Process:

Contact a Liberty National Funding Mortgage Banker to discuss your individual financial situation by:

with a Mortgage Banker from 9:00am-8:00pm EST /

Your Mortgage Banker will contact you
to assess your situation and determine your
financial goals. We will discuss the estimated value
of your home, your credit history, and what you want
to accomplish with your potential loan. If you are
considering a purchase of a new or second home, we
will discuss how this would fit into your current
financial picture.

Based on the information collected and your credit
report, your Mortgage Banker will quote you an
interest rate, loan amount and the new mortgage
payment that you are likely to qualify for. If
the programs available fit your goals you will
receive a package from Liberty National Funding that includes an original application
and all disclosures outlining the costs associated
with the proposed loan.

Your Mortgage Banker will request financial
documents to be returned with the Loan
Application and set an appointment for an
appraiser to meet you to assess the value of
your home.
When all of your original documentation has been
received along with the appraisal, an underwriter
will review the file for final approval.

Your Mortgage Banker will notify you when your loan
is approved. At this time an appointment will be
made with a
Title & Escrow company for
signing the loan papers. You will receive your
funds 4-5 days following refinance loans. In
many States, purchase loans fund the day of the loan
signing.
